Primavera!

Louis’ Violet Starflower
Floral, juicy, perfectly balanced and just in time for spring!
Ingredients
- 2 ounces gin
- 2 ounces Creme de Violette
- 2 ounces Cointreau
- 2 ounces lemon juice
- Ice for shaking
- large ice cube or shape of your choice
- Borage flowers for garnish or strip of lemon peel
Instructions
- Add gin, Creme de Violette, Cointreau, and lemon juice to a shaker cup, add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass over a large cube of ice. Garnish with a borage flower if you can get your hands on a couple, or just a nice bit of lemon peel.

What a beautiful cocktail, the flower with the purple is exquisite! The purple reminds me of our Purple Passionatas we use to make way back when !!
